- Presented at TEW: Invited by Alcatel to speak at the 2002 Test Engineering Workshop Ottawa: RFC 2547 Overview, with over 60 in attendance.
- Delivered Sales Training: Coordinated, Wrote and Conducted Sales training for entire North American Sales Organization of over a hundred, including technologies as RFC 2547, PPPoE, PPPoA, PPPoEoA, raising sales of Adtech Network Testers.
- Improved Collaboration: Established, and maintained a Web-based collaboration system (LAMP), enabling the coordination of a world-wide virtual team, reducing team overlap, and enhancing team effectiveness.
